This is 9 1/4 inch Miss Gwen from the British Crown Colony, marked Hong Kong on her back. She made of soft vinyl and wears a red swimsuit. she has a dark skin tone head is similar to Miss Pre-Teen.

Made in Hong Kong on back Hair stiff, elbow length, gold band, no freckles, no lashes, black pupil w/ blue iris, Black, and brown eyeliner, mauve lips, light tan skintone, closed fingers. Swimsuit has horizontal stripes on top and vertical on bottom with ribbon collar loop.

This doll has freckles a bigger head longer arms and square toes, while Miss kitty's is curved. Hong Kong on neck and on waist. Swimsuit is similar to Miss Kitty but has lace on the Vee loop.

Little Sister's Clothes
Dimples is Babette's little sister. She is listed on the box as made in Hong Kong while the pamplet says " Made in Japan". Both say Eaton's of Canada. The pamplet's only Skipper looking outfit in on the cover, the others inside look like Barbie's.

Fab- Lu Marylou's Clothes
I have never seen the doll Mary Lou. On the back it looks like Tammy, but these clothes are for a shorter doll. Some of the clothes resembles Pepper, Penny Brite and other small doll clothes.I assume the British tag is inside of them also. No mention of her in the booklet and no booklets are found so must be a later addition.

Here is a Camay Skipper clone, as well as, two Penny Brite Camay clones. Camay of Hong Kong, I believe is an English or Australian company line.It appears on the back in an oval with the words Hong Kong and usually a number below that. None so far found in boxes.

This is an outfit for Honey marked Davtex, little sister of Suzette.
This Skipper clone doll is marked on back, Davtex Made in Hong Kong. She has real eyelashes and I believe this is her original outfit. Could this be Honey, Suzette's little sister?
This is a rare 9" jointed doll at the elbows, wrist, knee and ankles. She has a twist waist and is marked Made in Hong Kong on her lower torso. I see that 11 1/2" Posin' Polly has the same extra joints and marks as this doll except there is no grow hair feature. The identification and value guide Teen Dolls By Patricia R. Smith notes the Polly Series - Some by Jilmar. Made for Aldens & Spiegels 1962 - date. This might be Pose 1967.
